Community Education

Each month, the Outreach Department at Partners In Care goes out into the community to senior living facilities, senior centers, parks & recs departments, faith based groups, and other community organizations to provide education meant to inform and enrich the community on a myriad of topics relating to advanced illness, caregiving, end of life, aging, veterans, and more.
