Join Partners In Care on Friday, June 16, for a discussion with Stroke Awareness Oregon. During this free discussion, you will learn about FAST (the signs and symptoms of a stroke), how to respond, and recovery. A light lunch will be provided. Parking is available at 2611 NE Courtney Drive in Bend.
The new Hospice House at Partners In Care is now open and supporting patients from across Central Oregon! Partners In Care has been undergoing renovations for the past two years, to both build a newer Hospice House with the capacity to support double the number of patients, as well as a new administrative building to support our growing team. So many people in the community supported our expansion and we would love to say “Thank you!” The official ribbon cutting will take place at 3:15 pm. Partners In Care will be offering tours of the new Hospice House and expanded building as well as food and beverages for those who attend. There will also be a few giveaways for those who would like to take part! Parking is available at 2611 NE Courtney Drive in Bend.
This month, we have Jane Jarman from Dementia Connections LLC to introduce Teepa Snow’s Positive Approach to Care with a demonstration on how to connect with your loved one who is showing some brain changes.
