Mindfulness for Wellbeing Class

This eight-week class defines mindfulness and offers instruction on reducing stress, anxiety and depression with mindfulness tools such as present moment awareness, meditation, and breath work. Mindfulness helps to stabilize difficult emotions and the intrusive thoughts common to the grief process. Mindfulness enhances concentration and focus as well as improving mental well-being and enhancing the overall quality of our lives.
